vegan & gluten-free coconut-buckwheat pancakes

This is one of the best breakfast of the world! It keeps you full, it's pancakes, maple syrup and it's healthy, vegan und gluten-free :)

You will need:
40g of buckwheat flour
20g of coconut flour
150ml of almond, coconut or oat milk
one small banana (about 80-100g) - if you allergic to fructos you can use a egg

For the topping:
20g of maple syrup
50-80g of berries

Take one banana and mush it until it's really smooth. After that you need to put the flour and the milk into the bowls and mix everything togehter. Put some coconut or vegetable oil in your pan and put it on a middle heat. Make little pancakes. It's much easier to flip then. Cook the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side.

After that: put some maple syrup on your pancake, some berries or a banana and it's ready to enjoy :)
