I really love these recipes for breakfast. Buckwheat pances with honey-cinnamon apples. You don't need many ingredients:
For the pancakes (1 portion):
- 60g buckwheat flour
- 1 large egg
- 75-100ml milk - for a good dough thats not that stick or liquid
For the honey-cinnamon apples (1 portion):
- 1 large apple
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- as much cinnamon as you like
Just mix all the ingredients together in two different pots. You can make small or big pancakes. I prefer smaller ones because it's much easier to flip the pancakes when they're smaller. After you notices bubble on your pancakes you can try to flip them around.
In relation to the honey-cinnamon apples I like it when the honey is boiled up in the pot and is a little bit sticky, but I get to know what you prefer.
Put the apple-sauce on the pancakes and you're ready for a perfect breakfast.
