Buckwheat Pancakes with Honey-Cinnamon Apples

I really love these recipes for breakfast. Buckwheat pances with honey-cinnamon apples. You don't need many ingredients:

For the pancakes (1 portion):
  • 60g buckwheat flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 75-100ml milk - for a good dough thats not that stick or liquid

For the honey-cinnamon apples (1 portion):
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • as much cinnamon as you like

Just mix all the ingredients together in two different pots. You can make small or big pancakes. I prefer smaller ones because it's much easier to flip the pancakes when they're smaller. After you notices bubble on your pancakes you can try to flip them around.
In relation to the honey-cinnamon apples I like it when the honey is boiled up in the pot and is a little bit sticky, but I get to know what you prefer.

Put the apple-sauce on the pancakes and you're ready for a perfect breakfast.

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish "Nuanced" with Swatches (Limited Edition)

Everytime I recive a package from MAC I am overwelmed by their beautiful luxurious packaging. It looks so amazing. I really love makeup that looks nice and MAC just have the most gorgeous packaging.

You can use the shades as eyeshadows all by their own. Or you can only use the both shades on the top for highlighting your cheekbones etc. The both shades below can be used for blushes (a light one) or last but not least you can use all the shades together as a blush or highlighter. It is amazing!

In germany the "MAC Mineralize Skinfinish" is available in 2 shades. "Nuanced" is the lighter version and "Perfectly Lit" is the darker versions. In the UK and US it's available in 5 shades. The darkest shade "Naturally Enhanced" is sold out in the UK though.

Healthy Chocolate-Berry-Banana "Nice" Cream

I finally bought an food processor! You need a really good mixer or a food processor for this recipes because it's made out of frozen bananas and many mixers are not able to turn frozen bananas into a "nice cream". Nice cream is "ice cream" made out of bananas.

For 1 portion (for a snack just use half of the ingredients) you need:
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 50-100g frozen berries (if you want it to taste more like berries)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of raw chocolate powder (without sugar)

Just cut the bananas into pieces before you put them in the freezer compartment. After they are frozen just put all this ingredients into your food processor / mixer. Mix it and you are done! It maybe need 1-2 minutes to get a creamy consistency.

It's the perfect snack or meal for hot days or if you fancy ice cream but don't want to eat the unhealthy sugary versions.
